Shipment processing time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 days of receiving the order.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking #, the tracking # is active in 24 hours.

  • Shipping speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US postal service. Typically 3- 7 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the US postal service and not in our control - they start when accepted at the post office, not when order is placed.

  • All postal delays are out of our control and can't be predicted.

  • Exception for summer heat - Orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday, this way candles are not sitting in hot trucks over the weekend. While we take extra care to package orders to protect from heat, we highly suggest that you have someone home to receive deliveries so the packages are not sitting out in the heat. Due to the risk involved when ordering candles during hot months, we cannot be held liable for melted candles and other wax products. Even though we insure all of our shipments, melted wax is not covered by USPS.

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
    We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

  • Bear Family Candles will not be responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
